Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping

• Orders dispatched via Delhivery within 1–2 business days.
• Standard delivery across India in 3–7 business days.
• Tracking link shared over SMS / WhatsApp once shipped.
• Shipping charges shown at checkout, if any.

Returns

• Report damaged / wrong item within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos to care@adityaalankara.online.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging.
• Earrings & pierced items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery refunds go to a UPI / bank account you share with us.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by writing to care@adityaalankara.online with your Order ID.
